Government sanctioned language terrorism may be a new thing but the practice isn’t new. The call for peace and love during the hippie movement was a call for kindness and generosity, how far is that from today’s meaning? Now a day, how likely are “joyful” people to commit suicide by age 41? Tye word “cult” is another example. Any mission statement today runs the risk of being flipped on it head by mass media and public school crricula.
[Note to Jamie: I mailed you a book about kindness as part of a person to person reflection on what it means to be human; I hope that others start similar chains of reflections away from the media spotlight.]
Act for Canada just sent out a quote that happens to fit well this strange intrusion by what looks like “word police” dilettantes:

Around 20:45 Jamie asks Dr. Peterson “If these totalitarians achieve their agenda, what might our planet or Canada look like in ten years?”
Jordan replies giving the example of how the U. S. is becoming more fractious with Left and Right no longer being able to even communicate with one another…that makes a society narrow and weak “BECAUSE YOU CAN’T STOP TALKING TO THE PEOPLE YOU LIVE WITH BECAUSE YOU EITHER BECOME THEIR SLAVES OR YOU FIGHT WITH THEM AND THE ALTERNATIVE TO THE FREE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS IS EITHER SLAVERY OR COMBAT”.
Let’s hope Justin Trudeau and his minions can BEGIN to appreciate this.
