Jamie is one outstanding communicator.

Primarily, the reason is personal financial gain – Oliver Stone making movies of Castro and Chavez, for example.
When it comes to politicians, it is answering to the Islamic Lobby political contributors financed, perhaps, by Saudi Arabia through their retained American PR firms.
No different to universities receiving Saudi grants in the millions of dollars is directly the cause of their ever increasing pro-Islam and anti-Semitic stance.
If something so obvious does not make sense, then follow the money.
