thank you so much for this most enlightening discussion on the Black Lives movement. I am finding myself in an on-line discourse with others in my community regarding Black Lives Matter and the issue of the Marxist drive behind this movement. I am only now trying to formulate responses to those who seem to say that Marxism and socialism are OK. They are sadly misinformed but have kowtowed to these lawbreakers and rioters, who use brute violence to make their case. Too many people in this country now seem to have become appeasers, “let’s do whatever the protestors ask and it will all go away”. As you have pointed out that getting on the Marxist bandwagon doesn’t lead to peace and harmony. Never having read the Communist Manifesto , I now have gotten half way through that book and realize how screwed up Karl Marx was. I wish everybody would inform themselves on Marxism. It’s disgusting. I find myself very upset by the way this country is going; I see nothing but evil coming out of the Black Lives movement.
I don’t know any Marxists, but if I did, I’d ask them who they know PERSONALLY who would benefit. They can’t answer, because it’s all theoretical. The people who advocate for it think it’s beneficial for hypothetical others. It’s never for themselves. THEY, THEMSELVES, will be the rulers not the ruled.
