This was a terrific and absolutely FASCINATING series with Claire Lopez, but what in heck happened with the AUDIO when Ms. Lopez made her comments?!? I clicked on all 3 (4?) video clips – but, sadly. I could barely hear her!! I heard Jamie loud & clear, but poor Ms.Lopez was not as lucky!! is there ANOTHER version with a louder (i.e., NORMAL) level of audio for the Claire Lopez video responses? I would actually PAY to hear what she said!!
