What happened to Claire’ audio? This is the 2nd time you’ve posted this otherwise fascinating video – and, sadly, the second time the audio portion from Claire Lopez is SO low it’s virtually inaudible. Can you rectify this? I would be SO grateful! As it is now, of course, I can barely hear her , so I’m missing a key part of the interview!! Thank you for ANYTHING you can do!!
