Would you consider interviewing me on the 2nd amendment?
I’m not bragging here, but I know more about this topic than any lawyer for the NRA, or GOA. Their job is not to win the fight, but rather to keep it going. The oral arguments in the Heller case showed that.
I will show you the laws that are never used, and the constitutional authority that has been usurped.
I love Anni because she knows tyranny and has been willing to fight.
However, the “obvious purpose” of the 2nd was to ensure the continuation of the militia. Militia is a constitutional authority that the Framers believe to be essential to liberty, and personal freedom.
The 2nd is not the last line, it was intended to be the first line against tyranny as the only authority that the Constitution recognizes “to execute the Laws of the Union”.
