Spencer is surprisingly underinformed as to the use of “martial law”. The only form of “martial law” which has even been contemplated – and sadly thus far rejected – is the do-over of elections in those states or counties where this fraud has been amply demonstrated. In effect, if he is concerned about the loss of government by the people, this has already happened. If it is allowed to stand, this has been a coup. Wake up, Robert! You are smarter than this. No one would tolerate armed soldiers patrolling our streets implementing “martial law”. However, this should have been done last summer to quell the rioting. Your idea of “Solzhenitzin-like” resistance would not end well. This is not the way to look at it. Martial law must be very limited in its purpose and scope. But if the courts refuse to hear the cases then we already do not have law at all. It would be far better to use a very limited form of martial law to force new elections with NO DOMINION MACHINES, paper ballots and hand counting with strictly enforced oversight by all parties to all counting. What happened last November was not an election – it was a coup. Wake up, Robert. A lot of us depend on you for better thinking than this. Go off by yourself and think about this in light of the fact that our election was a sham and that we would be swearing in a false candidate. Just think about that. There is no reason why federal marshals or guards do not make sure that what happened last November does not happen in a re-do. And anything LESS than a re-do would result in half of the country believing their vote was a sham. Either way, it has gone too far. Courts could have prevented much of this and the media could have prevented most of it but they are totally corrupted, as we have seen. You surely understand the technique of a sham election – Iran does them, other totalitarian regimes practice this technique. Now America is doing it. If it is tolerated here and not answered, we are quite finished as a nation. I am disgusted by your blindness and lack of circumspection and awareness as well as your apparent ignorance of the nature of “martial law” that is being called for. NO ONE WANTS SOLDIERS ON EVERY CORNER OR TANKS IN THE STREETS AND NO ONE IS SUGGESTING ANYTHING OF THE KIND. Your stupidity on this does you no credit and does your audience no service. And I am one of your fans, by the way.
