I was emotionally shaken when I learned about Jamie’s father’s enormously gripping saga. I decided to sit down with Jamie and to interview him about his background, life and work. It is time for a Showdown with Evil.

LS: Thank you Jamie, for taking the time out to give our readers your thoughts on a few important things that have and are happening in America.

JG: My pleasure. Thank you for inviting me.

LS: First, do you see any parallels with your parents’ experience in the Soviet Union with our government today in Washington? One example would be the November 2012 supposed resignation of Army hero General Petraeus as Director of the Central Intelligence Agency after he was found having an affair with his biographer, Paula Broadwell, right on the heels of the Benghazi fiasco.

JG: Well, one thing is for sure: some very strange things are going on. The Obama administration is definitely infected with the utopian virus that had completely taken over my homeland. It has a totalitarian impulse and it is definitely utilizing it as best as it can on many realms. In term of Benghazi, Obama and Hillary clearly have blood on their hands, and the media’s silence is simply criminal.

LS: Apparently, the Department of Homeland Security in Tennessee is working with Muslims from across their state to push Sharia Law, and Saudi Arabia was recently added to DHS’ Trusted Traveler Program. Russia has a large Muslim population and has ties to Iran and Syria. So we see a Russian-Islamic connection and we’re seeing a Socialist president in our country whose father was a Socialist Muslim, and we are observing Sharia creeping into our states and Saudis being given special treatment when 15 of the terrorists on 9/11 were from Saudi Arabia. What are your views on that correlation?

JG: The Russians have always exploited Islamic fundamentalism as a weapon to harm America, and they continue to do so. We see Sharia creeping into our society. Islamic blasphemy laws are literally now being enforced on our territory, as we begin to see that any truth-telling about Islam is seen as “hate-speech.” Truth-tellers such as Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer are demonized in our society rather than being hailed as heroes for defending our civilization from a barbaric ideology.

We have a president who recently stated, “The future must not belong to the slanderers of the prophet of Islam.” In Islam, let us remember, “slander” can be understood as something that is true, but just something that Muslims might not want being said. What a disgrace and how dangerous that Obama said that. He should have said that the future must belong to the truth-tellers. Instead, he is promising the jihadists that he will do his best to carry out Islamic blasphemy laws in America—and we see exactly that happening right before our eyes.

LS: I am hearing testimonies from across America about the lack of available ammunition. The government reportedly has purchased over one billion hollow point bullets costing tax payers an unknown amount, but probably hundreds of thousands of dollars along with trying to abandon the Second Amendment. These sound remarkably like moves from the playbook of a dictator. Does this sound familiar to you?

JG: Something very wrong is happening in our nation. Obama and his team are clearly not people who love this country. They clearly hate the values and principles on which this nation was founded. They clearly want to build a new America on the ashes of the old America that they want to destroy. Obama has facilitated the Muslim Brotherhood in taking over the Middle East and in penetrating the White House. So nothing will surprise me in terms of what they are up to in terms of taking our freedoms away. And the media is silent.

LS: This is very important to a lot of us: It is disturbing that very few of our Republican leaders in Washington want to stop the downhill grade toward being even more Socialistic than we already are and allowing the appointments of those with an Islamic Cloud over the heads. For example, Congress did not block the appointments of Senator Chuck Hagel to Secretary of Defense or the appointment of John Brennan to the Director of the CIA. These are two individuals with very troubling backgrounds which clearly indicate a hatred of this country and a feeling of solidarity with our enemies.

JG: Yes these appointments are horrifying. Brennan’s views on Jihad are based on fantasy and he will do a lot of damage in his position. Kerry clearly hates this country and its military. We are in big trouble with these America-haters in such leading positions of our national security. And a hero like Michele Bachmann is demonized by the media instead of being hailed as a courageous Congresswoman pointing out the infiltration of Washington by the Muslim Brotherhood.

LS: What can we do about all of this?

JG: All we can really do is communicate and organize and communicate and organize. We have to get the message out and we have to learn how to fight political war. We have to fight. We have to educate. The ship is sinking and a huge part of the country is indifferent and ignorant. It is a tragedy. It breaks my heart to come from a totalitarian regime to the most precious country in the world, only to see it destroyed by the virus that destroyed my country. We must all fight, every hour and every minute, getting the message out as loud and clear as we can. We have to have the courage to speak the truths that are not allowed anymore in a culture, a culture that is dominated by leftist totalitarian speech codes.
